Please advise at time of booking any major health concerns you may have.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that your treatment can begin on time.
Appointment times include treatment and changing time.
Arriving late will potentially shorten your treatment time.
We require 6 hours notice in advance for cancellations and 48 hours for multiple services.
Failure to keep appointment will incur a full fee charge.
A deposit may be required for services that run more than 2 hours please enquire at time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to guests who arrive intoxicated and any inappropriate behaviour will end treatment immediately.
