Please advise at time of booking of any major health concerns you may have.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that any consultation forms can be completed and your treatment can begin on time.
Beauty appointment times include treatment and changing time.
Arriving late will potentially shorten your treatment time.
We require 6 hours notice in advance for cancellations and 48 hours for multiple services.
Failure to keep your appointment will incur a full fee charge.
You may be required to provide credit card details or a deposit for services that run more than 2 hours please enquire at time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to guests who arrive intoxicated and any inappropriate behaviour will end treatment immediately.
Gift Vouchers – NON REFUNDABLE and not available for Nail Technician services.
Credit cards and cash accepted.
Group bookings in doubles beauty room will incur an extra fee.
Prices include GST and are subject to change.
Public holidays include 15% surcharge.
